Easy cycling in the Loire Valley, France

The happy cyclists above enjoyed a wonderful holiday this year in France, Italy and Russia. The old adage in real estate is 'position, position, position'. For holidays it surely must be 'plan, plan plan'.
Holiday travel needs to be well researched and reviewed with attention to detail to avoid the disappointment of below standard accommodation, tours and poor transport connections.
Here are a few valuable travel tips for you to consider
  1. Be flexible. In some countries it is better to 'go with the flow' and adapt to local conditions. Don't expect it to be like your home environment.

  2. Buy a universal plug adapter, don't overdo your electronics. If you have a smart phone make sure you turn your data downloading facility off. Be aware of family members who may want to use your phone for entertainment purposes at quiet times.

  3. Leave home in a healthy state with proper vaccinations and good health insurance. Wash and peel raw food and keep hydrated.

  4. Finally, although preparation is important, don't over plan. Don't miss out on a wonderful experience because your schedule is too tight and inflexible.
